How to Prepare Toasted Garlic Bread [Vegan]

    For the Garlic Butter:

    1. Preheat the oven to 345°F.
    2. Break the garlic head apart but leave each clove in their skin. Add to a small casserole dish and drizzle the oil over them. Shake until the cloves are coated with oil.
    3. Transfer to the oven and bake for 30 minutes on the middle rack.
    4. When done, take the cloves out and let them cool. When they are cool enough for you to touch them, peel them out of their skin. Throw the skin away and put the garlic on a plate. Don't turn the oven off yet.
    5. Take a fork and mush them until they are smooth. It is Ok if some big pieces remain, but most of the garlic should be a paste.
    6. Add the garlic paste to the butter along with the remaining ingredients. Combine well.

    For the Garlic Bread:

    1. Spread the garlic butter on the six bread slices. Put them on a baking rack lined with parchment paper and bake them for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
    2. Take them out and enjoy them while warm.
    3. DONE!

    Notes

You can store them in an airtight container in your fridge for up to 4 days.
