Emaciated Dog Has the Sweetest Reaction to Getting Food After Rescue (VIDEO)

The Beauties and Beasts, Inc. team has recently crossed paths with a sweet Pit Bull mix who clearly needed a helping hand. The dog was found by two kind-hearted people who fortunately did not fail to stop and help her. Just a look at her was enough to know that she must have been really hungry – she was very skinny, all her ribs sticking out. She got some dry food right there and then to fill her empty belly – and, once she started eating, it was clear just how grateful and happy the pup was to get some food. So much so, that she kept wagging her tail while enjoying the meal!

Once under the care of the rescuers, the dog was taken into the Wichita Animal Shelter where she has to serve a stray hold. She has already passed her SAFER evaluations as an adoption candidate for The Humane Society. Soon, this gentle pup will be able to start looking for her forever home – and, after the plights that she must have already gone through in her life, she deserves nothing less than a truly perfect one.
