  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • pinch of sea salt

How to Prepare Grandma’s Peanut Butter Cookies [Vegan, Gluten-Free]

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Roll into 1" balls, then press down in criss-cross pattern using a fork.
  3. Enjoy!

  1. I made these with tehini and used 2 Tbsp maple syrup, and even a bit more, and they weren\’t very sweet. Also, I had to laugh at myself because I had the oven all heated up until I realized there was no baking involved. Maybe consider adding \’No-Bake\’ to the title because most of us won\’t read the small print back story of the recipe. We just want to make the cookies. Thanks! Nice and easy recipe – just the way I like it!

    1. Update: I baked them for about 6-7 minutes. Then they were cookies, but the tehini ratio was still a bit high. At least it\’s not tempting to eat too many of them.
