Petition: Demand MP Pratap Simha Apologize for Advocating for Culling Stray Dogs in India

Earlier this year in India, Mysuru-Kodagu Member of Parliament Pratap Simha stated that “stray dogs should be culled without compassion.” This cruel statement was not only advocating for something inhumane and illegal, but it also wouldn’t even effectively address the problem. Research has shown that spay and neuter programs, along with public education campaigns, are the best ways to manage stray dog populations.
