Did you know that in just 26 seconds, your skin can absorb a chemical into your bloodstream? This is why @holisticbree shared this super simple DIY non-toxic perfume that you can make at home with minimal ingredients!
To make her perfume, she first adds carrier oil. For this recipe, she uses sweet almond oil but you can also use things like avocado oil, coconut oil, or even jojoba oil. She adds this to a small vile and fills it almost to the top. Then she adds 10 drops of lemon essential oil and 10 drops of lavender essential oil. For an added touch she adds some dried lavender leaves into the bottle.
